Sichuan Batang Trade Co., Ltd. is responsible for Nianuare brand operations, online store management, product sales, order administration, Customer Care, shipping coordination, returns, refunds, and related website services.

We aim to provide clear and reasonably accurate information about Nianuare products, including relevant materials, dimensions, intended use, care guidance, design details, colors, patterns, and other product characteristics.

Minor differences in color, texture, pattern, dimensions, stitching, or appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing characteristics, or normal textile variation. Customers should review the applicable product information and use or care instructions before use.

05 · PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Product Prices & Inventory

Product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change from time to time. The price displayed and accepted during checkout applies to the applicable completed order, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Products may become unavailable, temporarily out of stock, discontinued, or subject to reasonable purchase limitations.

Placing An Order

08 · SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Terms

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Additional shipping, tracking, fulfillment, delayed-package, missing-package, and delivery information is described in the Nianuare Shipping Policy.

09 · RETURNS & REFUNDS

180-Day Free Return Policy

Eligible Nianuare products may be returned within 180 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and return procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact service@nianuare.com and obtain return authorization and applicable return instructions before sending an item back.

Eligible approved returns qualify for free return shipping when the customer follows the return method provided or authorized by Customer Care.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

Merchant-Side Issues

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its product description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

10 · REFUND PROCESSING

Original Payment Method

Where a returned item is required, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

After a refund is issued, the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in the account.

11 · ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact service@nianuare.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment, packaging, or shipment processing has begun.

Unless otherwise stated, Nianuare branding, website text, graphics, product images, layouts, design elements, logos, and other original website materials are owned by Sichuan Batang Trade Co., Ltd. or used with appropriate authorization and may not be unlawfully copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited.
